During December 2020, River View Partners acquired and managed a $500,000 PPE Grant from Harris & Ford to The National Black Chamber of Commerce. (KN-95 Masks).

Supplying the black business community with PPE by engaging NBCC's affiliate chamber partner channels and RVP's community partners
Driving financial support from current and perspective corporate partners
Engaging media partners from RVP's network and the NBCC Federation partners network

Through our collaboration with the Chamber and our corporate partners, we were able to:

Communities Awarded: The PPE was distributed within 10 American communities
Funds Raised: $50,000 to offset the shipping cost
Total Units Distributed: 250,000

In the field

Senior Director of Business Recovery, Deshaun Mars coordinated with our friends at the Bed-Stuy Gateway BID and handed out KN-95 masks provided by the National Black Chamber of Commerce&Audiomack to black-owned businesses. Here we met the folks at Nicholas Brooklyn, a one stop multi-cultural shop that specializes in Organic, Natural Hair/Bath & Body Products."
